VEE-R STUDIO Return & Refund Policy

All VEE-R STUDIO address signs and personalized products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because production begins using your selected design, size, colors, finishes, numbers, street names, and other custom details, all personalized and made-to-order sales are final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for customer-submitted errors, including incorrect house numbers, street names, spelling, colors, sizes, finishes, or other customization selections.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or VEE-R STUDIO made an error in producing your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After review, VEE-R STUDIO will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before production begins. Once fabrication of a custom or personalized product has started, the order cannot be canceled.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
