VEE-R STUDIO Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from VEE-R STUDIO through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders

Many VEE-R STUDIO products are made to order or personalized. You are responsible for reviewing all customization details you submit, including house numbers, street names, spelling, colors, sizes, and finish selections. If we provide a proof or approval request, your approval confirms that the displayed details are correct.

Production

Because custom products are fabricated specifically for each order, minor variations in material appearance, finish, color, or handmade fabrication may occur. These natural or production-related variations are not considered defects when they do not affect the intended function or overall design of the product.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors before fulfillment and will contact you if an order is affected.

Shipping

Shipping rates, delivery options, and current service areas are described in our Shipping Policy. Carrier delays that occur after a package leaves our possession are outside our direct control, but we will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries when needed.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Personalized and made-to-order items are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Orders generally cannot be canceled after production has begun.

Installation

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate mounting methods and installing products safely for the intended wall, door, siding, masonry, or other surface. When installation hardware or instructions are provided, they are intended as general guidance and may not be suitable for every surface or condition.

Intellectual Property

VEE-R STUDIO product designs, photographs, graphics, branding, and website content may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without permission.
