VEE-R STUDIO Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

VEE-R STUDIO currently ships within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8.00 on orders under $150.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $150 or more.

Express shipping is $15.00 when available at checkout.

Production & Delivery

Most VEE-R STUDIO products are made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after your order is ready to ship.

Choosing Express shipping speeds the carrier transit portion only. It does not shorten fabrication or customization time.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package appears lost in transit, contact VEE-R STUDIO so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Carrier Delays

VEE-R STUDIO is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, holidays, or other conditions outside our control. We will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries when needed.
